  • You can sign up for the challenge by clicking the above link and following the registration process.

  • The training plans in the group range from at home plans, dumbbell only or full gym membership. You will have access to all workout plans and have the freedom to pick whicever suits your schedule

  • Yes, video demonstrations will be provided for each exercise so regardless if you’re a complete beginner or have already been training for years the workouts can be used by all experience levels

  • The group will operate with daily themes to ensure you are consistent in making progress each week. It is up to participants to decide how much / little they want to engage - but from previous experience the members engage in the group the most are usually the ones that achieve the best results

  • Yes, to ensure that I am able to provide a high standard of service to my 121 clients and group members spaces will be limited to prioritize regular response times

  • You will receive nutritional guidance to help you calculate your calories + macros and meal inspiration in the form of recipe books and meal plans to complement your workouts and help you make healthier food choices.

  • To be in with the chance of winning the 12 weeks of free coaching I would ask that challenge members send their before + after pics across to me so I can decide the winner. I will not force any challenge member to send over progress pictures to myself or post them into the group - but note that without the progress pictures you will forfeit your chance to win the 12 weeks of free coaching

  • Absolutely. Our nutritional guidance is flexible and can be adapted to accommodate various dietary preferences and restrictions. If you need any support on this simply message into the group and I will be happy to offer suggestions

  • Note that this is a group challenge and not a 121 program and this is reflected in the price. I will provide you with the tools to program your own training + nutrition programs and teach you when you it might be a good idea to make changes

  • Some participants love the challenge so much that they ask for my help to help them take their progress to the next level. Availability depending, should I feel you would be a good fit to work with me I would love to chat to you about coming on board, however note that I have a limited number of clients I can work with at one time so I cannot always guarantee you a slot
